We made the call this morning and got a so-so response. They said they would resend the information to Bogota. After we hung ip the phone at 4:40 am our mama bear and papa bear instincts got the best of us so we decided to call again. This next time we talked to a supervisor who was very nice and helpful. We asked if he could contact the Embassy in Bogota and he agreed. He then agreed to call us back today to give us an update. We are certain the information has been sent. We believe the hold up is at the embassy in Bogota. We don't know the specifics of how their internal computer systems work so we can't very well walk them through that process. Hopefully our new BFF at the visa center can help us out today.
Until then we wait.....so the answer to the question "did you hear anything yet?" is "No. Not yet."
